  4. What part could we take out in order to make it simpler? Elimination?
  5. What has died, but we can bring it back to life in a new format? Reincarnation?
  6. How could we change the purpose or motivation of what we’re doing? Rejuvenation?
  7. How can we look at this in a new light? Illumination?
  8. How could we make it more interesting? Fascination?

    4. What activities do I have to stop or jettison in order to do this?

    1. Google search mother-fucker, do you speak it?
  3. Can I build a team to help me?
  4. How can I do it faster, larger, and cheaper than my competitors?
  5. How can I combine it with something to make it new again?
    1. What is the opposite of it?
    2. What has died, but we can bring it back to life in a new format?
    3. Reincarnation?
  6. How can I simplify it?
    1. Simpler to order?
    2. Simpler to access?
    3. Simpler to understand?
  7. How could we change the purpose or motivation of what we’re doing?
    1. Marketing narrative?
    2. Efficiency?
  8. Does it have room to grow and be reinterpreted?
    1. How can we look at this in a new light?
  9. Are you interested in the topic and subject matter?
  10. How could we make it more interesting?
    1. More interesting for the consumers?
    2. More interesting for you?
